In seguito alla valutazione positiva della vostra richiesta, ELPACK s.r.l. vi fornirà un numero di RMA che dovrà essere indicato sul DDT di accompagnamento ai beni restituiti.
Spese di spedizione: Le spese di spedizione sono a carico della parte che effettua l'invio del materiale.
